Welcome to Chalet 'Senningerblick', a charming detached family chalet located on a beautiful sunny south-facing slope with breathtaking panoramic views. Enjoy the spectacular scenery of the ski and toboggan run, the 'Nationalpark Hohe Tauern', the charming village of Bramberg am Wildkogel, and the majestic surrounding mountains.
The location of the chalet is ideal, right by the ski slope with ski-in, ski-out options and next to the 'Smaragdbahn' gondola lift.
Chalet 'Senningerblick' is situated in the heart of the child-friendly and family-oriented 'Wildkogel Arena' ski area and is also close to well-known destinations such as Kitzbühel (just 10 minutes by car to the 'Panorama Bahn'), Kaprun, Zell am See, and Gerlos/Königsleiten. On the other side of the valley lies the stunning 'Nationalpark Hohe Tauern'. In short, this is the perfect location to enjoy a well-deserved vacation, both in summer and winter.
With a spacious living area of approximately 235m² spread over 3 floors, chalet 'Senningerblick' offers plenty of space for relaxation and cozy get-togethers with family and friends in a charming winter setting. The chalet accommodates up to 10 adults and 2 babies.
The first floor features an impressive open concept with a kitchen, dining area, living room, and sitting area, along with an adjoining terrace and balcony. Through the large glass windows, you can indulge in an impressive panoramic view. Five bedrooms are available, one of which is designed as a 'master-bedroom'. Four out of the five bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms for added comfort and privacy.
In the stylish sauna area with large glass windows, you can enjoy both a Finnish and a Turkish sauna experience. NEW: Starting from winter 2018/2019, the sauna is continuously on standby mode, thanks to the new innovative Harvia Forte 9kW sauna stove. The sauna stove can be locked and set to keep the 120 kg stones at a constant temperature. When you wish to use the sauna, a short warm-up time is needed to bring the sauna to the desired temperature.
The chalet is equipped with a fully-furnished kitchen, including ample kitchenware, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a microwave, two baking/grilling ovens, a large induction hob (5 burners), a coffee filter machine, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
Additionally, the chalet provides an outdoor ski storage room at the entrance and a separate spacious heated indoor space for storing all your ski clothing and ski boots. The large glass windows are equipped with sunshades.
The chalet has 2 parking spaces in the underground garage, just 100 meters walking distance from the chalet complex. There is no car traffic around the property, ensuring a peaceful winter atmosphere. For transporting your luggage, you can use our private electric transport cart. The height clearance of the parking garage is 2.50 meters.
Please note: Due to its higher elevation and steep slope, the chalet is not easily accessible for wheelchairs and people with limited mobility.

Met 11 personen hebben we volop genoten van deze bijzondere plek. Het is wel even een klim om er te komen, maar daar krijg je echt een geweldig huis wat van alle gemakken is voorzien met een prachtig uitzicht voor terug! Daarnaast hebben we ook nog een week prachtig weer gehad met mooie skipistes; wat wil je nog meer! Kortom; een geweldige plek waar je volop kunt genieten!

Dieser Urlaub war einfach ein Traum! Die Location ist wunderschön und sehr sauber was für mich natürlich sehr wichtig ist! Das Haus gibt einem ein warmes Gefühl ein Gefühl wie Zuhause! Wir wurden am ersten Tag super freundlich von der Familie Janssens empfangen alles war schon vorbeireitet, Feuer im Kamin, heißer Kaffee und kaltes Bier für die Männer :) wie gesagt einfach ein Traum! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollen unbedingt wieder kommen! Mit Fewo-Direkt zu buchen war die beste Entscheidung! Danke für alles.

"A perfect mix of luxury and mountain-style"

It sounds unbelievable but we had a 6-Star experience here: the communication was ideal, the chalet is a wonderful place to live with a very well balanced mix of luxury and mountain-style (wood & stone), the arrival was perfectly organized with little nice details, etc... I can highly recommend this place and the hosts.

"A beautiful modern chalet perfect for a summer or"

We had a fabulous time staying at this chalet in Bramberg am Wildkogel for a week in August. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive, and generously accommodated our family with young children, including child-proofing some aspects! They have set the chalet up very neatly and effectively to provide a comfortable stay. The hosts stayed in touch with us over our stay, and provided helpful information on the area and things to do in summer. The chalet is beautifully designed with ultra modern appliances and fit-out, including a great kitchen overlooking the valley, a large terrace, a modern fire place, a sauna, a well equipped laundry/drying room, and 4 large bedrooms (there are also 2 more rooms upstairs which we didn't use). The location is superb - being situated just above the gondola station. It is a small steep walk up to the chalet, but the hosts provide an electric cart for your luggage, and there are 2 underground car parks available. It was a perfect house for our family and made for a great summer week in the mountains (apart from some rain!). We would love to return one day!

"Superhaus in bester Lage"

Eins der absolut schönsten und edelsten Ferienhäuser in welchen ich mit Familie und Freunden je Urlaub gemacht habe. Alles vom feinsten ausgestattet mit einer Traumküche und unendlich viel Platz. Dazu noch sehr angenehme Vermieter und eine Traumlage. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.
