Sous le Charme can accommodate 12 to 16 people and has 6 bedrooms, 7 showers, a sauna and a jacuzzi. Its living room is large but cosy, and the industrial kitchen accommodating up to 20 guests will delight even the most demanding of cooks.

Geweldig huis, nog veel mooier dan de foto's (ook Martial meteen advies gegeven meer en duidelijkere foto's te plaatsen). Brandschoon, volledig uitgeruste keuken, alle badkamers/toiletten en slaapkamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. We mochten onze motoren in de voortuin plaatsen, dat geeft ook een veel veiliger gevoel. Rustige omgeving, meerdere restaurants in de buurt. We hebben een fantastisch weekend gehad in dit zeer ruime huis, genoten van het tafelvoetbalspel, de comfortabele zithoeken en de rustige omgeving. Deze komt zeker in onze top 10 van groepsverblijven. Bedankt Martial!

Prachtige nieuwe gîte met mooie, comfortabele kamers, met veel smaak ingericht. Heel goed geslapen in kwalitatieve bedden. De sauna en jacuzzi zijn ????. De enorme eetzaal met professionele keuken is zeer cosy. Alle comfort aanwezig en de omgeving is prachtig om te wandelen of te mountainbiken! De host is super ???? Een aanrader.

Sous le charme porte bien son nom... Non seulement parce qu'il est situé sous un charme mais aussi parce qu'il nous a laissé sous le charme... La superbe pièce à vivre sous les combles, les chambres spacieuses et confortables, l'espace wellness relaxant... Tout était présent pour en faire un séjour inoubliable pour ce réveillon 2023 2024. La gentillesse et la disponibilité du propriétaire y ont ajouté une touche supplémentaire. Merci Monsieur Mernier. Nous vous recommandons vivement ce gîte de groupe.

Un propriétaire aux petits soins pour qui la réussite de votre séjour constitue un objectif important.
Un lieu extrêmement bien aménagé avec toutes les commodités nécessaires.
Nous y avons séjourné en famille durant les fêtes de fin d'année, tout en proposant à nos amis de nous rejoindre. Une formule gagnante, rendue possible grâce à cet endroit magique.

"Fantastic house!"

Martial's house is fantastic. We were 4 families and we had a wonderful time there with our friends. The bedrooms are very comfortable. The jacuzzi and sauna were the highlight for the kids, while the grown-ups spent most of the time in the beautiful living room / dining room / kitchen. Martial himself was very helpful, he came over whenever we needed something and he took care of us. He also showed us a great hiking trail with the ruins of the Herbeumont castle and the scenic coils of the river Semois. All in all, a top experience! We really recommend it.
