Villa La Tortue thanks her name to the 2 turtles on top of the entrance gate of this beautifully located modern villa with private and heated pool and stunning sea views of the bay of St.Tropez. The village and beach of Les Issambres are at about 5 minutes by car. The villa is spacious decorated, situated south / south-west so you are assured of sun! Of course there are also some shadow area’s like the covered terrace at the modern and open kitchen.
This villa is fully equipped with airconditioning, offers 3 large bedrooms, all with its own bathroom, and there is an extra bed and child-cot available so the villa may occupy up to 7 persons.
The layout of the villa is as follows: Gated driveway/entrance, place for 2 cars. Entrance at the first floor, the level with 2 large bedrooms, both with airconditioning and fixed wardrobes and great sea-view, the first bedroom has 2 x single beds and the second one has a double bed. The first bathroom has a bath-tub and washbasin and there is a separate toilet. The open staircase leads to the bright living with glass wall over the whole side with again this great sea-view! In the living a beautiful round fireplace is situated so, also in spring or autumn, a great villa to enjoy your holidays! The open and modern kitchen has all appliances and is connected to the dining area and a room for the washing machine and dryer. At the other side of the living, a door leads to the bedroom area with the large 3rd bedroom, the master bedroom, with a double bed, airconditioning, a large wardrobe, double doors connection to the terrace and a connection to the private bathroom with shower and washbasin. Also on this floor there is a separate toilet area. All rooms are equipped with their own airconditioning unit.
Outside at the terraces there are great seating area’s with sun loungers and cosy seats. You will enjoy the great sea-view and enough space for playing, eating, reading or simply lay down and enjoy the sun. The pool (9x4m) with outside shower is waiting for you!
