Holiday property - Vakantiehuis in Noordwolde

This new nature cottage is located on the border of Friesland, Drenthe and Overijssel in the Frisian town of Noordwolde. This vacation home was completed in June 2024 and is equipped with all conveniences. It stands on a spacious plot (almost 1,000 m2) with a large terrace on the side and back of the house (accessible via a sliding door from the living room) where you have sun almost all day. The garden offers lots of privacy and plenty of space for children to play. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have private bathrooms. The other 2 bedrooms have a shared bathroom. The spacious living room has a long table where 8 people can sit together and eat, play a game or have a nice chat. There is also a spacious seating area with a large TV. The kitchen is equipped with Nespresso machine, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, induction hob and microwave. Both downstairs and upstairs there is a toilet and a washer and dryer.
