Newly built in 2013, the Schwarzwald luxury vacation home matches the traditional Schwarzwaldhaus in modern design, as it was once found in the northern part of this vacation landscape. The elongated, purist vacation home without eaves and ornaments houses twice a spacious, luxury vacation apartment in the Black Forest. The design and architecture of the luxury vacation apartments are in keeping with the building tradition of the Black Forest. The first floor is built as a massive, plastered structure. With its dark, horizontal formwork, the upper floor is reminiscent of the traditional roof tile umbrella of the Black Forest, which has become increasingly darker over the years due to the weather. The house's dark, slab-like roof takes on the characteristics of the landscaping with the slate roof. The concept was consistently continued in the interior of the vacation homes.
