Our sophisticated flat is brand new and occupies approximately 140 square meters on one level for up to 11 people - with no stairs and a first floor terrace facing south at the elevator access and adjacent meadows. The flat is designed to give you even more exclusivity - the XXL living/dining room with huge windows facing south and west ensures sun-drenched hours in the heart of the Allgäu. The apartment has an equipped branded kitchen incl. cooking island, bar, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, 2 coffee makers, kettle and toaster and 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower and a guest toilet. Children over 5 years old must be specified as a person. Children under 5 years of age do not have to be specified as persons - they stay with us for free. However, please always note the maximum occupancy per accommodation unit! The other vacation homes: 74481 (13PAX), 74479 (5PAX), 74482 (4PAX), 74483 (7PAX), 74484 (9PAX), 74486(6PAX).
