The house is quietly located on the outskirts of Ahrbruck on a cul-de-sac. As soon as you step out the front door, you walk straight up the mountain.
In front of the double garage you can park 2 cars. Also in front of the door is enough space to park a car.
Downstairs is upstairs and upstairs is downstairs...The top floor is the living floor where there is also a separate bedroom. The other bedrooms are located on the first floor on the garden side.
The house has 5 bedrooms:
- the first bedroom is on the upper floor; in it are 2
bunk beds and 2 single beds;
- the second bedroom has a double bed;
- the third bedroom has a double bed and a single bed;
- in the fourth bedroom there is a double bed;
- the fifth bedroom has a double bed and a single bed.
There are also 2 camp beds, 2 high chairs and a bathtub.
The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, ceramic hob, freezer and two refrigerators.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room.
In the living room there is a television with hdmi connection. There is also a fireplace. For the dogs there is a large crate.
Both upstairs and downstairs there is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The upstairs bathroom is adapted for the disabled.
On the first floor there is also a laundry room containing a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron and 2 laundry racks.
There is a spacious balcony the full length of the house. An awning is also present. Through this balcony you can reach a large roof terrace on which the barbecue is located. Garden tables and garden chairs are available.
There are 2 garages. One garage is accessible from the inside. Here there are a sauna and a solarium. Under the garages there are 2 more rooms that are connected. There are a bar and a game room with an air hockey table and a foosball table.
A large trampoline is buried in the garden.
The area is excellent for cycling, mountain biking, motorcycling and hiking.
