Located directly on the inner harbor, the Grachtenhaus was completely renovated in 2022, renovated to a high standard and lovingly and stylishly furnished. Water sports are possible right outside the door; two kayaks and a SUP are available to my vacation guests free of charge. There is a yoga room on the 2nd floor, which can be booked for a fee. Also good for small yoga or meditation retreats. There are 2 bedrooms on the second floor with a spacious bathroom with shower bath, downstairs there is a very comfortable pull-out sofa bed in the living room/dining room. Also on the second floor is the kitchen and a shower room/guest bathroom. The first floor has underfloor heating and the Dutch tiles are 18th century.
