Holiday property - Villa De Carlonis

These are the characteristics of Villa " De Carlonis " :
The Villa is a completely new building and has a private pool 7 meters wide by 18 meters long, with a large hot tub area and a Gajser for a exceptional relaxing experience !
The swimming pool is complete with sun loungers with mattresses.
The Villa De Carlonis has 5 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms and can accommodate up to 16/18 people.
Rooms are divided in this way:
Room N 1: double bed + 1 single bed + 1 cot + suite bathroom
Room N 2: double bed + 2 single beds + suite bathroom
Room N 3: double bed + 1 single bed + suite bathroom
Room N 4: double bed + 1 single bed + suite bathroom
Room N 5: king size bed + 2 single beds + suite bathroom
If you need we have another cot. In the case of necessary in one room we can put one extra single bed..!
The house has a one more bathroom with laundry facilities.
In the house we have a full kitchen with all appliances such as refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, American coffee machine, Moka etc. and all equipment such as dishes, glasses, forks, pots, tablecloths etc.
You have a large living area with large leather sofas, a big table for 20 people to eat together, and internet Wi-Fi free in home.
You don't need to take nothing with you because you will find in the house bed linen , towel sets for each guest and hairdryer in each room.
Outside you have a Big Gazebo where you can eat together with a tables ,chairs and a lot of sofa, you have under gazebo a Gas Barbecue, the Park is 5000mq
The house have a big parking.
The nearest town is Monte San Giusto and is only 2 km away from the house where you can find Supermarket, Restaurant , Bakery, ecc..
