Over 40 m2 in size! In the west wing of our luxurious 1938 villa, a luxury B&B has been built with private bathroom, private bedroom, private sitting room and private dining area fully equipped compact kitchen. No space has to be shared with others, you have absolute peace and privacy!

Bathroom: washbasin, rain shower and 2-pers. whirlpool bathtub
Sitting room: air conditioning, lazy (sofa bed) with 55-inch SMART TV with NLziet, Netflix and Chromecast
Bedroom: King-size electrically adjustable box spring, 55-inch SMART TV
Kitchen/dining area: 4 pers. dining table, espresso machine, fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, hob and dishwasher etc.

The B&B is completely surrounded by greenery. In the grove behind the B&B you can use your private terrace with teak garden furniture. Barbecuing is allowed free of charge: all supplies are at your disposal!

The B&B is very quiet, yet within walking distance of the city centre.

Self-prepared breakfast possible at an additional cost of €12 p.p.p.d. Private use of sauna at an additional cost of €12.50 p.p.p.k. Children up to 12 years stay for only €20 per night.
