We are happy to rent our special (2 room and bathroom) apartment to those seeking peace and quiet who love nature.
It is spacious, clean and comfortably furnished. And suitable for 2 people, possibly and in consultation with an extra person on the sofa bed. (Not suitable for children and the disabled)
Located on the first floor of our bell jar.
You have complete privacy, and the property is separate from our own living area.
You can book without breakfast but also with breakfast. Minimum 2 days.
Costs for a stocked refrigerator for a generous breakfast/lunch and a snack and drink in the evening for € 15.00 p.p.p.d. With as many organic items as possible.

Layout:
Living room (approx. 26 square meters) with sitting/TV corner, dining area and kitchenette equipped with appliances that make it as pleasant as possible.
There is a coffee maker, kettle, induction cooking (2 burners), steam oven, citrus press, egg boiler, etc.


A very spacious bedroom (approx. 24 square meters) with king-size bed (box spring) which you will find made up. The bedroom has a walk-in closet.


A luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, sink and toilet. There is underfloor heating on the floor and around the bath.

Outside:
When the weather is nice, you can use one of the many seating areas in our south-facing garden, where you can admire our koi carp from all sides.

Extras
You can park with us for free.
There is free wireless internet available.
There may be an option to wash/dry.
You can park your bicycles in the garage. (Bicycles can be rented 150 meters from the apartment).

Location:
The distance to the dunes is 300 meters, and to the beach 500 meters.
On the beach you can use the restaurant in summer and winter and enjoy the sea or a beautiful sunset. In winter it is open 6 days a week and in summer 7.
The cozy Julianadorp is 2 km away, where you can do your shopping.

Environment:
Hiking and cycling can be enjoyed in the area. There are plenty of cycling and walking paths.
In the spring you can take a trip along the bulb fields, which are a real pleasure for your eyes, and sometimes also for your nose.
Cycling through the dunes to Callantsoog, where you can enjoy the many terraces. There are various events there in the summer.
A day trip to Texel is also a real pleasure.
The cities of Schagen, Alkmaar, Hoorn and Enkhuizen are worth a visit.

Surprise:
When you arrive you can immediately catch your breath with coffee, tea, a glass of wine or a cold beer, of course, with something tasty.
