Holiday property - Casa Siempre Verde

Our villa 'CASA SIEMPRE VERDE' is located in a very quiet area in Alcaucin. Our detached house has a private parking space.
We own a heated swimming pool of 4 m by 8 m surrounded by a spacious terrace. There are also 6 sun loungers available. Beach towels are also provided with rental. The lower garden is ideal for admiring all kinds of plantings during a relaxing stroll. Young and old can enjoy themselves at the ping pong table or relax in the hammock.
The 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor, which provides the right cooling during the hot summer months. Each room has air conditioning and shutters. Each room also has its own bathroom and toilet. Bath towels and covered beds are also provided with rental.
On the top floor you will find our spacious living room and kitchen with outside terrace. You have a breathtaking view of the beautiful mountains from both the terrace and the pool. On our terrace you can relax in the lounge or have a nice dinner.
The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find an oven, microwave, washing machine, iron, wok, toaster, coffee maker, fridge and kitchenware.
Upstairs, all windows have shutters.
Our house is equipped with an alarm.
