Holiday home for 8 people with some sea views, spacious terrace areas and its own private pool. The house was completely rebuilt and modernised in 2023 and is therefore a new house inside. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and WC. All rooms are equipped with new air conditioning. In the large living area, a climate-neutral pellet stove provides pleasant warmth and a cosy atmosphere. There are sun terraces around the house and a beautifully landscaped garden with palm trees.

Het huis behoort tot een oudere dame die, samen met haar man, met veel plezier veel tijd in dit huis heeft doorgebracht. Ze heeft ons als goede vrienden gevraagd om het huis voor haar te moderniseren en te verhuren. Bij de modernisering is er veel belang gehecht aan het behoud van de oorspronkelijke Moors-Toscaanse stijl. Wij zijn een Duits-Nederlands echtpaar dat al bijna 40 jaar naar deze prachtige streek van Spanje komt.
