Casa Leana has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a separate toilet with bathroom furniture. The bathrooms all have a rain shower.

The villa is fully equipped, such as:
American fridge (with water filter, ice cubes and shaved ice), wine climate cabinet, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, juicer, filter coffee machine, Dolce Gusto and Nespresso machine.
Smart TV via streaming or Canal Digital, good fiber optic WiFi. A Sonos system to play music via your phone or laptop. Furthermore, a round fireplace corner with electric fireplace, but also table tennis, sunbeds with parasol, lounge chairs and a large dining table inside and outside.
There are plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade. There is sea view and the Montgo can be seen in the front of the garden.
The house also has 5 air conditioners and various ceiling fans. There is also a safe and a camera and alarm system.
The house can optionally be cleaned in between for a fee and the bed/bath linen can be changed. However, there is also a washing machine and dryer (and ironing board and iron), which may also be used by guests.
Casa Leana is located in a residential area close to the bustling Arenal beach. There is also plenty to do for children, such as playgrounds on the beach. A little further along the coast is the cozy old harbor with nice shops and restaurants. Javea has several beautiful beaches, from picturesque rocky beaches in a bay to a more extensive sandy beach.
There are nice authentic regional and flea markets in the region. There you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on a terrace! All this between the friendly Spaniards.
The surrounding places are also nice to visit, such as the harbor of Moraira and Denia. From Denia, large ferries go to, among others, Ibiza. They are often moored there in the harbor. There are also nice stalls on the boulevard.
Javea is located between Valencia and Alicante, these cities are also worth a visit!
Sports activities in Javea include:
Golf, tennis, diving and snorkeling.
The weather in Javea and surroundings is among the most stable on the Spanish coast. The weather is pleasant here almost all year round! There are more than 300 sunny days a year!
On arrival you will be welcomed by the local hostess and shown around. He is speaking 5 languages, including English. There will be a welcome pack with some practical items and something to drink, so you can toast to a wonderful holiday right away!

One cot (up to approximately 15 kilos) and two high chairs are available free of charge upon request.

• Optional with heated swimming pool, ask for conditions.
Upon arrival, the host will complete an "energy consumption form" with an initial reading based on the water and electricity meter, as well as at check-out. The difference is the consumption, which will in principle be deducted from the deposit. The consumption costs: 1 KHW costs 0.50 euros, 1m3 of water costs 2.50 euros and a 35 kilo gas bottle costs 80 euros.
House rules:
-Minimum age of primary renter must be 25 years
-This is not a suitable location for parties, it is a beautiful residential area where many neighbors live permanently.
- Smoking/vaping and lighting a fire are not permitted in Casa Leana
-Max 2 dogs are allowed in consultation. There are 2 benches available, the garden is fenced and there will be something tasty ready. We assume that dogs are well trained, do not go on furniture and do not cause any nuisance.
The costs per dog are 75 euros.
-There is no charger for electric cars at the villa! Therefore, charging electric cars at the accommodation is prohibited to prevent fire hazards. However, an electric car can be charged at various places in the village.

"WOW! Wat is dit genieten!"

WOW! is eigenlijk de enige juiste benaming voor dit huis. Wat hebben we genoten.
Wij zijn hier geweest in de laatste week van september 2024 met onze dochters, schoonzoon en kleindochtertje van anderhalf om ons 40-jarig huwelijksfeest te vieren.
We hadden het niet beter kunnen treffen. Het begint al bij de aankomst: een super leuk welkomstpakketje om echt al in de vakantiestemming te komen en er was ook gedacht aan onze kleindochter: een knuffeltje (na al haar favoriet) zodat je al meteen in de stemming komt. Het huis is keurig netjes, zowel van binnen als van buiten.
De gastvrije ontvangst van Raf, de beheerder, is heel prettig. Hij is ook meteen je aanspreekpunt gedurende de vakantie als dat nodig zou zijn (en kan zelfs paella maken die 'thuisbezorgd' wordt).
Het huis heeft echt alles om er een topvakantie van te maken.
Want wat is dit een geweldig mooi huis (villa is een betere benaming) . Van alle gemakken voorzien. Elke kamer heeft een eigen badkamer (regendouche), goede bedden (ook heel belangrijk), keuken met echt alle apparatuur die je nodig hebt, compleet servies, diverse schalen, kopjes, glazen, maar ook plastic servies (voor de kleintjes of om bij het zwembad te gebruiken), echt teveel om op te noemen.
Voor het huis ligt een mooi groot terras met een overkapping. Daar zit je heerlijk in de ochtendzon te ontbijten of 's avonds lekker te eten (barbecue staat al klaar) of een heerlijk wijntje te drinken en spelletjes te spelen. Met uitzicht op het zwembad (de verlichting 's avonds maakt het plaatje helemaal af) en de prachtige tuin met palmbomen.
Het zwembad is ook zo heerlijk! Het was verwarmd, waardoor het ook voor de kleine meid lekker was. Het zwembad is ook echt groot, waardoor je lekker kunt zwemmen, maar ook met meerdere luchtbedjes op het water kunt drijven.
En ook de ligbedjes staan al uitnodigend klaar naast het zwembad. Wij hadden in deze laatste week van september nog temperaturen van minimaal 28 graden, dus dat was heerlijk, zeker omdat er ook voldoende schaduwplekjes zijn om op te zoeken als dat nodig is.
Het huis ligt ook in een heerlijke, veilige en rustige omgeving, maar je bent binnen 3 minuten rijden al bij een hele grote supermarkt (waar alles te koop is) en binnen 5 minuten ben je op het strand: playa del Arenal; een heerlijk zandstrand, met een gezellige boulevard met allerlei winkeltjes en restaurantjes. Ook andere strandjes liggen in de buurt en zijn de moeite waard om te bezoeken.
In Javea is eigenlijk al van alles te beleven en de omgeving is ook zeker de moeite waard. Wij hebben in deze 8 dagen uiteraard niet alles kunnen bekijken of bezoeken, dus we willen zeker nog een keer terugkomen: we hebben er een favoriete vakantiebestemming bij!
Kortom, het was dus op en top genieten. Het had voor ons nog wel veel langer mogen duren, dus wij komen zeker nog een keer terug naar dit prachtige huis en de mooie omgeving van Javea.

Het zwembad is ook zo heerlijk! Het was verwarmd, waardoor het ook voor de kleine meid lekker was. Het zwembad is ook echt groot, waardoor je lekker kunt zwemmen, maar ook met meerdere luchtbedjes op het water kunt drijven.
En ook de ligbedjes staan al uitnodigend klaar naast het zwembad. Wij hadden in deze laatste week van september nog temperaturen van minimaal 28 graden, dus dat was heerlijk, zeker omdat er ook voldoende schaduwplekjes zijn om op te zoeken als dat nodig is.
Het huis ligt ook in een heerlijke, veilige en rustige omgeving, maar je bent binnen 3 minuten rijden al bij een hele grote supermarkt (waar alles te koop is) en binnen 5 minuten ben je op het strand: playa del Arenal; een heerlijk zandstrand, met een gezellige boulevard met allerlei winkeltjes en restaurantjes. Ook andere strandjes liggen in de buurt en zijn de moeite waard om te bezoeken.
In Javea is eigenlijk al van alles te beleven en de omgeving is ook zeker de moeite waard. Wij hebben in deze 8 dagen uiteraard niet alles kunnen bekijken of bezoeken, dus we willen zeker nog een keer terugkomen: we hebben er een favoriete vakantiebestemming bij!
Kortom, het was dus op en top genieten. Het had voor ons nog wel veel langer mogen duren, dus wij komen zeker nog een keer terug naar dit prachtige huis en de mooie omgeving van Javea.
Want wow!........wat was dit een fijne vakantie.

"Casa Leana, gastvrijer wordt het niet!"

Wat een mooie plek en een fantastisch huis. Maaike was vanuit Nederland vanaf het begin al heel meedenkend en attent. Gastrvrijheid en ontzorgen staat bij haar absoluut op nummer 1. Dat werd alleen nog maar meer bevestigd door de gastvrije ontvangst door de beheerder Rafael met een heel fijn welkomstpakket. Het zwembad en de tuin zijn heerlijk toeven en de omgeving is prachtig. Met als kers op de taart een heerlijke paella die door Rafael en zijn vrouw Carine werd verzorgd aan huis. Dat was nog eens het echte vakantie gevoel. Dus stop met zoeken en ga boeken dit wil je.

Wat hebben we genoten van deze geweldige mooie luxe vakantiewoning. De locatie is geweldig, een heerlijke rustige plek.
Wat een heerlijk huis met zwembad, waarin we heerlijk in gezwommen hebben. Door de centrale ligging zijn veel pareltjes goed te bereiken. Wat een diversiteit aan stranden, baaitjes en de bruisende boulevard.
Kortom we hebben genoten van ons verblijf en vinden deze manier van vakantie vieren in Javea/Xabia het fijnst.

"Casa Leana, een mooie luxe villa"

We hadden een mooie tijd in Casa Leana. Alles netjes, schoon en verzorgd, het huis, de tuin en zwembad. Vooral de zwembadverwarming is heerlijk buiten het hoogseizoen!

"Casa Leana voor een luxe en ontspannen vakantie"

We waren op slag verliefd op Casa Leana. Modern comfort en traditionele architectuur. We mochten ons hondje meenemen. Er stond een bench klaar en de tuin is geheel omheind. Er lag iets lekkers klaar voor ons hondje in het attente en praktische welkomstpakket. Aan het eind van het straatje is een groene zone, daar kun je de hond uitlaten. Maar er is een ook een speciaal hondenuitlaatgebied en hondenstrand in Javea en Denia. Verder mooie golfbanen en de omgeving en we hebben heerlijk gewandeld in de mooie natuur. De vuurtoren is ook leuk om te bezoeken, je kijkt vanaf daar mooi uit op de baai van Javea. Kortom een top vakantie in het leuke Javea. Casa Leana is van alle gemakken voorzien (zoals de zwembadverwarming, echt heerlijk!), netjes en schoon. De communicatie ook top! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Een geweldig huis om in te ontspannen met het gezin. We waren met 3 volwassenen en 2 kinderen (4jr en 10mnd baby), en alles was gewoon geweldig. 5 sterren voor accuraatheid, netheid, inchecken, communicatie, locatie en de totale ervaring. We komen zeker terug!

We hadden een fantastische vakantie in Casa Leana. Goed gelegen, ruim, in perfecte staat, schoon en een super attente gastvrouw. Het huis is prachtig en de tuin en het zwembad zijn zeer goed onderhouden. Het was een waar genoegen om onze vakantie hier door te brengen!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het gebied is rustig en veilig. Het huis is mooi en zeer praktisch, de bedden en kamers zijn comfortabel, de badkamers modern en schoon. Er is ruimte om handdoeken op te hangen. De tuin en het zwembad zijn geweldig, het zwembad is een beetje dieper dan normaal, ideaal voor tieners. De pingpongtafel is een geweldig pluspunt voor kinderen. Ik vond het te ver lopen met zware boodschappen en nam de auto (Consum is fantastisch), er is wel een buurtsuper dichterbij. De communicatie is zeer goed. Het is een heerlijk huis om in te ontspannen!

"Een super mooie villa"

De villa is super mooi, rustig gelegen en uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt. Een pluspunt vinden we alle keukenapparatuur en airconditioning/ventilator in elke kamer. Toen we aankwamen was er een uitgebreid welkomstpakket en al kinderspeelgoed voor het zwembad, een PinPong tafel, badminton en jeu de boules aanwezig, de kinderen waren gelijk blij. Kortom een fantastisch verblijf in een heerlijk huis. Goed gelegen, ruim, in perfecte staat. Niet alleen het huis is prachtig, de tuin en zwembad zijn zeer goed onderhouden. De zwembadverwarming is ook heerlijk! Een waar genoegen om de vakantie hier door te mogen brengen. Bedankt voor alles, we komen absoluut nogmaals terug!

Prachtige villa met privacy! Locatie is helemaal top rustig gelegen maar je bent overal zo. De villa is mooi ingericht met fijne bedden en super schoon. Ook rondom de villa een mooi aangelegde tuin met groot zwembad. Kortom hier kan je heerlijk relaxen met familie/ vrienden. Wij boeken zeker nog een keer!
