Casa Panis = the place to be !
Beautifully maintained flat with lockable and heated terrace.
One of our best assets are our 2 communal swimming pools (1 at 60m and 1 at 300m). Present at the swimming pool: showers, toilets and deckchairs.
All necessary facilities at max 800m (e.g. restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket, ...).
If desired, you can use our car, which is parked at Alicante airport.
From there it's another 20min drive until your dream holiday can begin.
Upon your arrival, you will be met by our key managers who will give you a tour of the house.
You will then see that the beds are already prepared for you and everything will be neatly laid out.
We aim to make it as hygienic as possible.
Bed covers & towels is therefore also provided, which means fewer kilos in your luggage.
On departure, bed covers and towels (final clean-up) will be washed for you, so you don't have to do this yourself, so more time to enjoy yourself!
Cleaning is not asked for either, you will only be asked if anything is broken, defective, ... you will only be asked to report it to the key managers.
If there is something wrong during your stay, you can always contact the key managers, you will find all the information you need in the glass closet in the living room.
Wifi and water are included.
Electricity is 8 kWh/night (more than sufficient for normal use)
Winter rental at €700/month
