Luxury villa in modernist style, with large living room, spacious kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom and sliding doors to balcony/terrace. Air conditioning in living room and 1 bedroom.

The kitchen has all amenities, utility room with washing machine and water softener/filter.

Private pool of 4 x 8 m with outdoor shower. Terraces with (reclining) chairs, picnic table with parasol, stone BBQ and pergola with sunshade.

The house is suitable for 4 persons but not suitable for small children (garden with danger of falling due to steep parts, cacti and agaves, pool without screening, no stair gates).

Built in 2012. Available from June to September. Unlimited wifi, 6 Mbps. Smart TV and Chromecast available (for Netflix etc).

Plot of 1550 m2, completely fenced. Entrance from small square at the end of cul-de-sac, so no through traffic, with ample parking.
The upper floor and garage are accessible but in use for private storage, so not to use and not included in the rent.

Allergies? The house was co-inhabited by a cat!
No smoking or vaping in and around the house!
Departure Saturday before 10:00 am, house available from 2:00 pm.
The neighborhood is locked with a gate (to be opened by residents) from 22:00 to 06:00.

In the neighborhood is another restaurant, large pool and tennis court, also for residents. A little further away, in Bel Lloc and Solius, are golf courses. In Playa d'Aro, about 15 km away, there are sandy beaches and entertainment possibilities. The city of Girona (airport) is about 30 km away, Barcelona and Perpignan (France) about 100 km.
