* In the living room there is a flat TV and a fireplace, a three-seater sofa and two armchairs plus chairs and table has direct access to a terrace of 30m2, with stunning views of the sea, there is a sink to wash and plan sea views
* It has a front terrace of about 20m2 with sea and mountain views and a rear terrace of about 30m2 sunny in the morning ideal for breakfast in winter of spectacular sea views
