The beautiful private vacation villa in Ballum on Ameland has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 1-8 people. Completed in the fall of 2021 and equipped with every comfort and luxury for a wonderful relaxing vacation. Wellness features include an outdoor hot tub, outdoor shower, large sauna, double showers and a freestanding bathtub. The fully enclosed garden is suitable for children, there is also a large trampoline, toys and a playground outside. The semi-detached vacation villa is located in Ballum, near terrain Roosdunen, here is a large outdoor swimming pool, soccer field, tennis courts, mini-golf and animation etc. Supermarket, bike rental and restaurants are in the village of Ballum, a short walk or bike ride from the holiday villa is the forest, dunes, beach and sea, an ideal location! The boat goes from Holwerd to Nes Ameland, this is about 8 kilometers from the vacation villa. Very welcome, unfortunately pets are not allowed.
