The house is a combination of old and new elements. It is a house built in the early 19th century, and over time renovated several times, I have here now the last hand in had and here I am, little by little, still working on it. It is a rural area, in the neighborhood of Neeltje Jans, the Banjaard beach, the charming village of Kamperland is within walking/bicycle distance and it is near beer brewery Emelisse.

I will venture out to draw when I get my rental, the contact will mainly be with the neighbor (a cosy welcoming mrs).

No pets, no smoking and must not be fired in the fireplace.

I like camping, camping in the Netherlands or in Belgium especially the Ardennes are popular.
Furthermore, I always like to be active on Netflix and follow series such as The Americans and House of Cards, regarding music I am very general from 60's to today I can appreciate anything.
As a landlord I will not be around much, when I rent the house through this site I will be out and about myself.
My neighbor will then hand over the key and/or tackle it again, I myself live in an early 19th century home and have merged the style of old and new.
The house is not yet completely to my liking but everything comes with time, when I have saved some money and have time and energy I will do some more work and so within now and a few years the house will completely fulfill my wishes.
I find new construction very boring, I like a house with character.
