Holiday property - De Parel

Friendly detached vacation home with a spacious 400 m2 sheltered and sunny garden. Located near the Zeepe dunes of Westenschouwen, 20 minutes walk from the sea. The vacation home is located on Camping Duinrand-Oost (formerly the Blomshoeve).

The house has a bedroom with a double bed on the first floor. This room has a direct connection (sliding doors) to the terrace. On the first floor is the second bedroom with a single bed, a crib can be placed here. Via the spiral staircase you reach the 1st floor. Here is the third bedroom with a double bed. Here you will also find the fourth bedroom with 2 fixed single beds. This room has a Velux skylight which can be darkened. There are 7 beds plus 1 crib but the number of persons is limited to 6. Bed linen and towels are NOT included and you must bring your own. No pets allowed.

The dining kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, 4-burner stove, filter coffee maker, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is a dining table with one fixed bench and one loose bench.
The living room has a cozy sitting area with smart TV (cable). From the living room is the sunny terrace accessible through 2 sliding doors. Complete garden furniture is available as well as a large parasol.
Bluetooth audio device and the television is equipped with Google Chromecast.
Free WiFi.

At the back of the garden there is a shed for storing your bike, among other things. There is also the possibility of charging your electric bike.
There is also a small seating area under a canopy.

Next to the house you can park 2 cars on private property.

The Pearl was completely renovated in 2017 and meets the requirements of our time.
