Mer du Nord is a large and luxurious detached villa with 11 bedrooms within walking distance (500m) from the beach of Breskens / Groede.During the months of July / August, the villa can also be rented for max 12 people with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms at a lower rate. The upper floor with 6 bedrooms is then not available, even for another party. Fantastic unobstructed views of nature " Waterdunen" (similar to the Zwin and with tidal ebb / flow).
The large living room of Mer du Nord with a cozy (gas) fireplace has comfortable,
large lounge sofas. The veranda / dining room has extra large tables for a group of 23 people to dine extensively and is connected to the half open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities such as a kitchen island, American fridge, dishwashers, etc.
Mer du Nord has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and 3 toilets on the first floor.On the second floor 5 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Some bedrooms have shutters to keep the house cool during the summer.
Throughout the villa there is free WiFi, central heating, underfloor heating in the living room and veranda, a large television for video presentation in the veranda and an extra television in the living room (also 2 bedrooms with television).
The large private terrace with garden facing southwest has an unobstructed view of " Waterdunen " and has a BBQ.A second terrace facing south also with a view of " Waterdunen " There is private parking for several cars on site.

The village of Breskens is located 1 km east of Mer du Nord and has a yacht and fishing harbor.In the village there are many restaurants.Two supermarkets, bakery and patisserie.Trendy beach pavilions and bike rental.
In " Waterdunen" there are several hiking and biking trails.Along the coast there is a bike path overlooking the sea to Cadzand ( about 17km).
The area is a child-friendly environment with playground, mini golf and restaurant at 500m distance and Bowling at 40m distance.
